What we built
On-device processing
LLaVA and Llama 3.1 run locally via Ollama — raw video never leaves the user’s machine. Only JSON analysis results are uploaded.
Multimodal analysis
LLaVA analyzes video frames for scene, emotions, and activities. Llama 3.1 analyzes speech for Big Five personality traits.
Comprehensive profiles
Personality traits, voice patterns, facial analysis, and memory banks merge into a living avatar profile.
Natural conversation
Family members chat with the avatar in the person’s authentic style, with synthesized voice matching their speech patterns.
