Unencrypted attachments
Email attachments are not encrypted. Sensitive medical and legal documents travel in plain text across the internet.
No link expiry
Once emailed, documents live in inboxes forever. No way to revoke access or limit the sharing window.
No audit trail

What we built
One-click workflow
Staff select documents from the Case record and click ‘Share Securely’ — that’s all they do. Everything else is automated.
Encrypted time-limited links
AES-256 encrypted tokens with DOB verification. Links expire in 24 hours. Download URLs valid for 1 hour only.
Automated email delivery
Professional HTML email sent via server-side sync with secure link, password instructions, and expiry warning.
AI validation
Azure OpenAI automatically validates uploaded documents against patient records — catching misfiled documents before sharing.
